LashPlay was founded in 2014 by Sharnette Ludger, CEO.
The inspiration began while Ludger was a young college student who wanted to help like-minded women achieve a flawless look while being budget conscious. Lashplay is a movement for women who want to feel alive and embrace themselves with confidence. As mink lashes have evolved in the beauty industry, LashPlay has set the tone and created its own lane for women to slay in any setting, whether attending a corporate function, wedding, birthday, or even the red carpet. In efforts of serving the community, a percentage of LashPlay products are donated to non-profit organizations such as the Painted Pink foundation to support women who’ve experienced breast cancer and those who have been diagnosed with Alopecia, to remind women of their strength, resilience, and beauty during times of hardship. The lashes are 100% Siberian Mink and can be worn over 25X with proper care and treatment.
